Tiernan, I have found that word-of-mouth and wholesale accounts are my best avenues for picking up new clients. Forming relationships with local interior designers, furniture stores, and home remodelers has been a great way to get steady work. And if you are doing your job well, the word-of-mouth will pick up little by little over time.

I agree whole heartedly. Finding the clients is my biggest difficulty. Where do you think you connect most with your clients web, word of mouth, adverts etc.? There doesn't seem to be any web hub or portal for collectors or clients looking for fine furniture out there. Like your work by the way.
